Dr. Nulek Singkeovilay is a Clinical Psychologist, Registered Psychological Associate# 94028196, NPI# 1922983113. He is bilingual in English and Lahu and is dedicated to providing culturally responsive and evidence-based psychological services.
Dr. Singkeovilay earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Psychology and Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Walden University. He completed his practicum training, as well as his pre- and post-doctoral training from 2021-2025. He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation, titled “The Lahu Immigrants’ Attitudes Toward Seeking Mental Health,” which focused on cultural perspectives, beliefs, and barriers influencing access to and utilization of mental health services within the Lahu immigrant community.
In addition to his psychology training, Dr. Singkeovilay holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from Fresno Pacific University. He completed international internship studies in Malaysia and Singapore in 2017.
As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Singkeovilay’s priority is to provide high-quality care and individualized support tailored to each individual’s needs. His clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. He conducts psychological assessments and utilizes evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support and guide individuals through their healing journey, empowering them to rediscover themselves and achieve their personal goals.
