Welcome!
I provide a safe environment where you safely process your challenges and life experiences. I view you as the expert of your own story, and I am her to work alongside you as a collaborative guide. I believe that change and hope is possible when you have a dedicated space. I make sure your personal values, beliefs, and culture are always considered in our work together.
As a proud Visalia resident and Golden West High School graduate, my deep roots drive the passion to serve my community and its mental health needs.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and a Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University, and I am registered as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW). I am also proud to provide culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish.
In my practice, I bring collaborative, trauma-informed principles, incorporating evidence-based tools, and a strength-based approach. By using self-regulatory tools, I empower clients through their recovery process. My background includes hands-on experience on adolescent skill-building, collaborating with caregivers, advocacy, and specialized work in hospice and grief support.
By focusing on your natural strengths and teaching real-life coping tools, we will work together to help heal and build resilience.
