MindDivers has a team of highly qualified experts to help.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where people feel comfortable being their authentic selves and exploring the experiences that have shaped them.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fresno Pacific University. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and stages of life.
I take a person-centered and collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that every individual has a unique story, strengths, and goals. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychoeducation, and Family Systems therapy to help individuals gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
I have experience supporting clients through transitional periods of life, including navigating change, uncertainty, relationships, identity, and personal growth. I also provide trauma-informed support for individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I strive to practice with cultural humility by honoring each client’s values, cultural background, identities, and lived experiences.
I believe therapy should be tailored to each person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to build therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, respect, and authenticity while supporting individuals as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. I am grateful to walk alongside each person, and I look forward to working with you.
