Mary Flemming, LPCC

Taking a holistic approach to therapy, Mary incorporates various theories and techniques to address each individual's specific needs. Mary has specific training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Perinatal Mental Health (PMH). Mary also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); and a Humanistic/Client-centered approach for trauma and other general concerns. Mary is passionate about allowing her clients to find inner peace, a better sense of self, and self-compassion. Mary is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist with an understanding of the importance of how human diversity impacts the client’s experiences in life.
Mary has 8 years of experience overall working with adolescents, families, and individuals suffering from mental health and/or substance abuse disorders. She graduated from California State University, Fresno with her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
