Gabriella Lund
Gabriella Lund offers mental health support and treatment to individuals, couples, and families. Gabriella utilizes an integrative approach to mental health treatment, which pulls from many theoretical backgrounds. Gabriella collaborates with each patient to develop an individually tailored treatment plan applying the tools that best suit each individual. Gabriella’s practice is heavily informed by mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and polyvagal theory and works to improve emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Gabriella completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, with a focus on Latin American Hemispheric Studies. Gabriella also holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy/Counseling. Gabriella counseled high-level executives, managers, engineers, scientists, students, and employees at all levels as a Human Resources Manager for over 15 years.
Gabriella has worked with individuals experiencing mild to severe depression (including coping with thoughts of self-harming behaviors), anxiety, substance use disorder/addiction, attention deficit disorders in adults, adolescents, and children, and effects of trauma (physical, psychological, sexual, and emotional abuse).
