Nathan Lacle
Chief Operating Officer, Nathan Lacle, PsyD(c), MPA, MAOL has been heavily involved in setting up programs for public behavioral health in various disciplines across different systems of care. Most recently as a Lead Quality Reviewer, he conducted County Mental Health Plan EQRO reviews for several counties in California, where he provided consultations, systems improvement support, and compiled the information into a report for DHCS. He holds a master’s degree in public administration, organizational leadership, and psychology. He is a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology and a six-sigma green belt. Nathan previously collaborated with several international governments on mental health system implementations, efficiency, and provides expert consultations on quality of care.
Nathan is an advocate for quality rural mental health care and mental health literacy. As an immigrant he has immersed himself in the local culture and is passionate to work towards closing gaps in mental health care.
