Diana Sanchez

Diana Sanchez brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her practice. Specializing in a diverse array of counseling therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCP, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. 

Diana is committed to helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve meaningful growth. She believes the importance of creating a safe space for clients begins with a safe and empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported. Diana provides services for those dealing with anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, PTSD, intimate partner violence, those managing stress, drug use, life transitions, children, and families. Diana offers and emphasizes the importance of each client’s needs, ensuring that each client who steps into a session with her receives personalized treatment and effective support.

Outside of the office, Diana enjoys playing volleyball, exploring new experiences, and spending time with her family and two cuddly cats. Diana’s holistic approach to mental health extends beyond the therapy room, as she believes in the importance of balance and self-care in every aspect of life.
