Alexis Woodside

Alexis, recognized as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW#93924) by the Board of Behavioral Sciences, embarked on her professional journey after earning a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University - Hawaii in 2018, followed by a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2019. With a background in providing comprehensive case management services and crisis intervention to individuals and families of all ages, therapy was an exciting transition in 2020, where she began clinical work with individuals who live with various mental health diagnoses.

Alexis deeply values laughter and connection as integral components of wellness, fostering a judgment-free space where individuals may comfortably address experiences and feelings, while initiating healing and growth. Alexis extends a warm invitation to a person-centered therapy experience, where interventions are tailored to meet each person's unique needs.
