MindDivers has a team of highly qualified experts to help.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from the University of San Francisco. I have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, supporting youth and families in crisis through Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges, including complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and communication difficulties, from a client-centered perspective.
I enjoy working with couples, teens, and adults, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parenting support, and Attachment Theory, all through a lens of cultural humility. My work is grounded in a holistic approach, where we collaborate to understand the root of presenting concerns and create meaningful, sustainable change. It is truly a privilege to hear each person’s story and support them in their journey toward reaching their goals.
