Hello, my name is Breanna, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to enhancing mental health support in the Central Valley, where I was born and raised. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay, followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. With nearly two years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, separation anxiety, stress management, communication conflicts, self-esteem issues, and self-advocacy. My goal is to help others feel seen and empowered so they can become the best versions of themselves.
