MindDivers has a team of highly qualified experts to help.

As a therapist, my goal is to create a compassionate and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s transitions, heal from pain, and rediscover their sense of balance and purpose.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield, and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I am both an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, which allows me to work with a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological concerns.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) and multiculturally sensitive clinician, I value each person’s unique story, culture, and lived experience. My approach is collaborative and integrative drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to best meet your individual needs.
I specialize in supporting clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship / marriage difficulties. I believe that meaningful change happens through connection and understanding. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone together, we can work toward creating the peace, confidence, and fulfillment you.
