MindDivers has a team of highly qualified experts to help.

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and it takes real courage to reach out for support. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where you feel seen, heard, accepted, and valued—just as you are. I approach therapy from a humanistic, client-centered perspective, believing that healing happens through authentic connection, compassion, and collaboration. I work alongside clients to meet them where they are, honoring their lived experiences while supporting growth at a pace that feels right.
I have experience working with women’s health concerns, chronic illness, grief, and trauma, as well as supporting seniors, young adults, and youth. I understand how emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to the body, identity, and life transitions, and I strive to offer care that feels holistic and affirming. My work integrates mindfulness practices and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients build emotional awareness, self-compassion, and effective coping tools, while maintaining a strong foundation in humanistic values and relational safety.
I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy. Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy reading, traveling, and creative pursuits, which help me stay grounded and curious—qualities I bring into my work with clients.
Taking this step takes courage, and it would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your path toward healing and growth
