Hi! I’m Denisse, a clinician trainee, currently completing an internship at Mind Divers and pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling at Fresno State(Graduating May 2026).
I am bilingual, which has allowed me to work with a diverse group and different ethnicities. I also have experience working with children, teenagers, adults, and dependent individuals in the counseling field to help/support them to a greater quality of life, including a better mental health status. Throughout my years of experience, I’ve worked at schools and Fresno State programs that have shaped my counseling style and made me knowledgeable of many more counseling skills.
My goal is to create a safe environment for all the individuals I assist and to keep growing the experience in providing individual and group counseling, as well as developing treatment plans under supervision.
