Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee

I am a student intern currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling (LPCC) at Alliant International University. I earned my Associate of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from College of the Sequoias in Visalia and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fresno. In my work, I use interventions such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play Therapy, meeting each client where they are with empathy. I love therapy because it creates a space where people can feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow, while also reminding them that they already hold the tools to make meaningful change. My goal is to bring both professionalism and warmth into each session, making the journey of healing not only effective, but also a little lighter and more hopeful along the way.
