I am a trainee clinician currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling at Alliant International University (expected graduation 2026). I hold a Master of Arts in School Psychology PPS from Fresno Pacific University and have served as a school psychologist in public schools for over a decade. I have additional training in autism, ADHD, positive parenting practices, and trauma-informed care.
I believe in honoring each client’s story while helping them reconnect to their strengths, values, and goals. I integrate trauma-informed practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to support emotional regulation, healing, and personal growth. My work is grounded in cultural humility and systemic awareness. I draw from both lived and professional experience when working with parents of children with significant challenges, teens and young adults experiencing transitions, neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, and those impacted by complex grief, trauma, chronic stress, and major life changes.
My goal is to create a judgment free environment to assist individuals in reducing their symptoms of anxiety, depression, and feelings of isolation. I bring compassion, curiosity, and creativity to the therapy room. My counseling style is shaped by my experiences as a parent, educator, and advocate for mental health care in schools and communities. I understand the courage it takes to reach out, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your healing journey, whether you’re starting over, reimagining your future, or simply trying to make sense of what’s next.
In my personal life, I love traveling with my family, reading, and spending quiet time in my garden. These experiences help me stay grounded, inspired, and connected to the beauty of growth and change
