Travis Aroz, Professional Clinical Counselor

As a Professional Clinical Counselor I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal dedication to my therapeutic practice. With over 25 years of experience as an HR Leader within a global organization, I have developed deep expertise in labor relations, employee relations, and career development. My background also includes certification in behavior-based training and development, supporting diverse business units, regions, and areas across North America. This extensive experience equips me with a nuanced understanding of human dynamics, conflict resolution, and fostering growth in individuals and groups.

In my therapeutic work I have found great fulfillment in supporting adults, children, families, and couples. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and achieve personal growth.

My educational foundation strengthens my practice. I earned a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science with a dual emphasis in Criminology and Addictive Disorders from National University in San Diego. Additionally, I completed a master’s degree in clinical counseling at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, equipping me with the theoretical and practical tools to excel in therapeutic settings.

On a personal note, I cherish spending time with my four children along with my son-in-law and daughter-in-law—and my two grandsons. I maintain an active lifestyle, enjoying running, yoga, and circuit weight training, which fuel my energy and commitment to holistic well-being. My personal and professional experiences converge in my mission to empower individuals and families to thrive.
