Christina Schick, MFT
I’m Christina Schick, a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and deepen their connections. I hold a BA in Psychology from Fresno Pacific University and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.
My clinical work is rooted in a holistic, mind-body approach that supports overall well-being. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic theory, and the Gottman Method, I help clients explore their inner worlds, improve communication, and cultivate meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in working with teens, adults of all ages, couples, and families—particularly around relational dynamics, life transitions, and personal growth.
As someone with a lifelong background in athletics, I believe deeply in the connection between physical movement and mental wellness. I bring this perspective into the therapy space, supporting clients in achieving balance, resilience, and a sense of empowerment in their lives.
Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or looking to grow into the best version of yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, insight, and encouragement.
