I am an Associate Marriage Family and Child Therapist. I received my master's in counseling at the University of Phoenix in 2024. In 2018 obtained my BA in Criminology from Colorado Technical University while also serving in the United States Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer where I oversaw the military's Logistics. I’ve gained several years of experiencing in nonprofit, working extensively with the underserved population within the community and individuals experiencing homelessness, severe mental health and substance challenges in both adults and adolescents.
As an Associate Therapist, I am committed to helping individual by utilizing an array of treatment modalities and clinical approaches to best assist them throughout their therapeutic journey. I utilize various Therapeutic modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and client-centered treatment. No single method is appropriate for everyone; therefore, I employ a variety of mental health therapy approaches and tailor treatment to your specific needs and concerns. I can assist you with navigating issues such as depression, anxiety, and other life stressors.
I am fluent in Spanish. I am a dedicated adult and adolescent mental health clinician with experience, compassion, and motivation to implement effective treatment strategies. I have a proven history of working with a diverse population such as individuals, families, and children. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, sexual trauma, grief/loss, relationship and familial trauma. I have the ability to form therapeutic relationships and deliver great care through establishing rapport, trust, and respect.
