I am passionate about establishing a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, safety, and empathy. I utilize an integrative counseling approach that includes, but is not limited to, Person-Centered, CBT, and Solution-Focused interventions. As a Hmong-American clinician, I also understand firsthand the importance of cultural sensitivity in the counseling process. Therefore, I strive to validate your unique perspective with respect to the cultural norms and values that helped shape who you are. It would be my privilege to provide a supportive and judgment-free space for you to embark on your healing journey.
